Job summary

LEDFlex Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role includes coordinating with logistics, procurement, and sales teams and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with inventory systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience in team handling and warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock audits.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve targets.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and products.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales for smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
• Manage equipment like forklifts, pallets, and scanners.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Train new employees on warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movements.

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth warehouse operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.

• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience in team handling and warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft dynamics.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
