Our products illuminate everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks, combining functionality with refined design.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Team Lead to oversee the product function, driving innovation and excellence throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic vision to guide the product team in delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

As the Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of product professionals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and shaping product direction based on market research, customer insights, and industry trends. You will play a pivotal role in coaching your team, managing priorities, and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Oversight

• Lead, mentor, and manage the product team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Set team goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Build a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objective Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Lifecycle Management

• Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle—from ideation and design to launch and post-launch improvements.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through testing and compliance checks.
• Monitor product performance and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with production, design, technical support, and project management teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact between leadership and the product team.

Training & Communication

• Deliver training and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to support product launches and innovations.
• Represent the product function in executive updates, presentations, and strategy.

Key Skills Required:

Technical Skills

• Strong ability to interpret and review lighting technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven experience leading and motivating product teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualification and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in the lighting industry or related field.
• Background in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred.
• Prior experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Demonstrated success in managing product strategy, lifecycle, and team performance.
