Job summary

Onelap Telematics is seeking a Warehouse Executive to manage inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of GPS devices and accessories from its Dadri, UP facility. You will ensure accurate inventory records with serial/IMEI tracking and coordinate with sales, operations and courier partners.

This role requires 2–3 years in warehouse or store operations, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems, keen attention to detail and ownership of warehouse processes, with preference for those near

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Experience in independently handling a small/medium warehouse.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, inventory software, ERP or CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors and couriers.
• Experience in electronics, telecom, ecommerce or device serial-number inventory preferred.
• Candidates residing near Noida will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of devices and accessories.

• Maintain dispatch, inward, outward and courier documentation.
• Monitor packaging-material availability and forecast needs.
• Keep warehouse organized, clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including product-wise and serial/IMEI number-wise tracking.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase documents and prepare GRNs.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, support and courier partners for timely order dispatch.
• Manage customer returns, RTO shipments, replacements and damaged or defective inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Investigate and report stock shortages, excess inventory or other discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage and segregation of ready, defective, returned and repair-pending stock.
• Maintain dispatch, inward, outward and courier-related documentation.
• Monitor packaging-material availability and raise requirements in advance.
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean and compliant with basic safety and security procedures.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory and dispatch reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or store operations.

• Experience in independently handling a small or medium-sized warehouse.
• Working knowledge of inward, outward, GRN, FIFO, stock reconciliation, returns and dispatch processes.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, inventory software, ERP or CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors and courier partners.
• Honest, responsible and capable of taking complete ownership of warehouse operations.
• Experience in electronics, telecom, e-commerce or device serial-number inventory will be preferred.
• Candidates residing with family or near Noida will be preferred
