Job summary

Hafsha Trading is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Thane, India. You will manage inbound/outbound movements, maintain stock records, and generate regular stock and delivery reports using advanced Excel tools as required.

You will coordinate with sales, B2B, factory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch. Strong Excel skills and inventory control experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Manage inward and outward movement of furniture and materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports for management.
• Prepare delivery, dispatch and pending-delivery reports.
• Use Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and other Excel functions for stock analysis.
• Track stock by product, category, quantity and location.
• Reconcile physical stock with system/Excel records.
• Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Track fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
• Coordinate with sales, B2B, factory and logistics teams regarding stock availability.
• Monitor loading, unloading, dispatch and delivery status.
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse movements.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
• Provide management with accurate data and analysis whenever required.
