Job summary

BiofuelCircle in India is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of Paddy Straw, biomass and related agricultural products. Fresher candidates and interns (6 months) may be considered, with potential for full-time based on performance.

The role requires implementing SOPs, coordinating with rural network partners, planning local procurement, managing inbound/outbound stock, fleet scheduling and reporting to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse material flow in compliance with SOPs.
• Implement SOP for Rural Aggregation with local rural network partners.
• Plan and execute local seasonal procurement with the team.
• Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and warehousing activities with Platform Operations.
• Arrange tractors, trolleys, and vehicles for dispatch within budget.
• Manage inward and outward material inflow/outflow.
• Maintain stock and ensure health, safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Follow SOPs for all warehouse operations and data reconciliation.
• Produce regular reports (IN/OUT status, MIS, dead stock, etc.).
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.

Key Purpose:

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Executive to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. The suitable candidate will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding service and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Paddy Straw/ Biomass and other agricultural waste or products.

Key responsibilities involved:

• Strategically manage warehouse material in flow in compliance with
• Implement Standard Operating Process for Rural Aggregation with local rural network partners.
• Plan and execute local seasonal procurement in coordination with the team.
• Scheduling, Delivery and Warehousing activity and coordination with Platform Operations.
• Plan, organise, arrange tractors, trolleys, vehicles for dispatch of material in accordance with the budgeted numbers.
• Manage Inward/ outward material inflow
• Maintain the stock which includes maintaining
• Maintain outward dispatches with platform invoicing. Maintain the stock which includes Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security safety aspects, optimisation of the processes.
• Follow warehouse standard operating procedure manual(SOP) for all warehouse operations.
• Manage stock control and reconcile data with the "MyBiofuelCircle" data.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
• Plan work routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Produce reports and statistics regularly(IN/OUT status report, MIS, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
