Job summary

Srithai Superware Manufacturing Private Limited is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage both Raw Material and Defective Material Warehouses. You will ensure accurate inventory, proper material handling, and ERP-backed stock control to support production and quality goals.

The role covers team leadership, adherence to 5S standards, and continuous improvement through SOP training and disciplined operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics (Preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in WH Managerial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Raw Material Warehouse daily operations and ensure accurate movements.
• Manage Defect Material Warehouse and labeling of defective items.
• Maintain ERP stock accounting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Lead warehouse operators and conduct performance reviews; train on SOPs.

Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Location: Sanand GIDC

Employment Type: Full Time

Remuneration: Approx. 35,000 – 42,000 / Month

Role Objective

To manage the daily operations of the Raw Material Warehouse and Defective Material Warehouse by ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, timely material availability for production, and effective handling of rejected or defective materials while maintaining safety, quality, and 5S standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Raw Material Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily inward and outward material movements.
• Ensure proper unloading, verification, and GRN processing.
• Ensure correct identification, labeling, and storage of all materials.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory control where applicable.
• Ensure materials are issued accurately according
• Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent moisture, contamination, and damage.
• Conduct daily stock verification and periodic cycle counting.
• Support monthly and annual physical inventory.

1. Defect Material Warehouse Management

• Receive and segregate for storage defect material.
• Ensure defective materials are clearly identified with proper status labels.
• Maintain complete records of defective material quantity
• Prepare picking and coordination with relevant department for defect material order.

1. Inventory Control & ERP Management

• Ensure accurate stock accounting in ERP (Dynamic AX / In-house ERP).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical stock verification.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Monitor ageing inventory and slow-moving materials.
• Ensure proper batch tracking and documentation.

1. Team Management

• Lead warehouse operators.
• Enforce discipline and productivity standards.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Train team on SOPs and compliance requirements.
