Job summary

Carry you is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in the Haryana region. You will supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all shipments.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus knowledge of WMS and Excel. You will lead a team, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with procurement, production, transportation and customer service to

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventory.
  
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.
  
• Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency.
  
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, production, transportation, and customer service departments.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
