Job summary

Oben Electric Vehicles in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Warehouse & Parts Logistics professional to lead inventory, stock control, and order fulfilment for spare parts. You will coordinate with service centres and dealers to ensure timely delivery.

Requires Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile or MBA in Supply Chain, 2–5 years in automotive OEM/logistics, and proficiency in SAP MM/SD, Oracle ERP, and Excel. Strong attention to accuracy and ability to optimize stock levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Education- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile, or MBA Supply Chain Management.
• Experience 2 to 5 Years in automotive OEM, Tire 1 Industry Logistics & warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/SD, Oracle ERP, or equivalent inventory management systems.
• Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup formulas etc

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Parts Fulfilment
• Manage spare parts inventory, stock availability and Management
• Monitor minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with service & Dealers to meet Parts Requirements
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage inbound and outbound spare parts operations, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of spare parts orders for dealers and service centres.
• Manage warranty-returned parts, field-failure components, and defective material.
• Ensure proper packing, documentation, invoice preparation, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate transportation, courier services, reverse pickups, and material transfers
