About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff management, and the timely movement of goods. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Day-to-day Branch activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS report.
• Monitor outstanding customers and collect payment.
• Coordinate with HO team and other departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and proper maintenance of books.
• Manage and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of work.
• Establish proper controls and processes for accounting and financial operations.
• Handle any other accounting and finance responsibilities assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Candidates with prior experience in an FMCG distributor.
• Previous experience in team handling/management is essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, responsible and capable of taking ownership of the accounts function.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and other departments.
