Job summary

Pekko, a premium bath and body brand, is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to run day-to-day fulfilment operations at our Bengaluru site. You will personally handle picking, quality-checking, packing, and dispatch of every Pekko order.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Warehousing & Logistics, you will work closely with customer support and our logistics partners to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and smooth returns.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in warehouse operations, D2C fulfilment, or e-commerce dispatch.
• Familiarity with Shopify order management and courier partner platforms.
• Attention to detail packing quality and inventory accuracy.
• Physically comfortable with warehouse work — lifting, standing, sorting for extended periods.
• Clear written English communication for customer support and logistics coordination.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ownership — this is a role where consistency compounds.

Responsibilities

• Receiving finished goods and organizing them in the warehouse by SKU and batch.
• Picking, quality-checking, and packing each customer order to Pekko's brand standards.
• Generating shipping labels via partner platforms and marking orders fulfilled in Shopify and others.
• Coordinating daily pickups with logistics partners and tracking dispatched shipments.
• Handling return shipments inspection, restocking, and coordinating with customer support.
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts, batch numbers, and expiry-date records.
• Flagging low-stock or damaged stock and escalating to the Assistant Manager on the same day.
• Working with customer support on order delays, damages, or wrong items.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and audit-ready.

The Role

We are hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to run day-to-day fulfilment operations at Pekko. This is a hands-on, process-driven role you will personally handle the picking, quality-checking, packing, and dispatch of every Pekko order.

You will report to the Assistant Manager Warehousing & Logistics, and work closely with our customer support team and logistics partners.

What You Will Own

• Receiving finished goods from manufacturing and organising them in the warehouse by SKU and batch
• Picking, quality-checking, and packing every customer order to Pekko's brand standards
• Generating shipping labels through the logistics partner platform and marking orders fulfilled in Shopify and other platforms like Amazon, Nykaa etc.
• Coordinating daily pickups with logistics partners and tracking dispatched shipments
• Handling return shipments inspection, restocking, and coordination with customer support
• Maintaining accurate physical inventory counts, batch numbers, and expiry-date records
• Flagging low-stock, damaged-stock, or delivery escalations to the Assistant Manager on the same day
• Working with the customer support team on order-related issues delays, damages, wrong items, missing pieces
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and audit-ready at all times

What We Are Looking For
