Job summary

Salad Days India is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatch, and strict quality control. You will drive efficiency, maintain safety standards, and manage a team to support rapid expansion and scalable supply chain performance.

The role requires 4–6 years in warehouse/inventory management, ERP familiarity, and leadership experience to optimize processes and reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems and ERP tools.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts and system updates.
• Maintain optimal par stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Implement FIFO and FEFO practices for inventory movement.
• Oversee order fulfillment to ensure high accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances.
• Establish and monitor quality control checks for inbound and outbound goods.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety and compliance standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties and drive performance.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

About the Role
