• Act as main contact for local transporters and vendors.

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Warehouse Executive to oversee daily logistics, inventory control, and dispatch operations at our Sriperumbudur facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations, ensure precise stock counts, and maintain real-time inventory records.


• Dispatch & Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch schedules to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.


• Logistics & Carrier Coordination: Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, fleet operators, and drivers to manage transport routes, freight movement, and delivery timelines.


• Documentation & Compliance: Manage logistics documentation including Gate Passes, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, and Lorry Receipts (LR).


• Space & Process Optimization: Organize warehouse layouts to maximize storage efficiency and maintain strict safety, cleanliness, and security standards.


• Vendor & Driver Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for local transporters, freight vendors, and delivery personnel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, dispatch handling, or logistics management.


• Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Location: Candidates residing in or willing to commute to Sriperumbudur or surrounding areas (e.g., Poonamallee, Kanchipuram).


• Language Skills: Proficient in Tamil (for local vendor and driver coordination) and basic to conversational English. Hindi knowledge preferred.


• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, or MS Excel for data entry and tracking.


• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work under tight dispatch deadlines.
