Job summary

Incora Bengaluru is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound activities, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure product quality and on-time delivery within a safe, collaborative environment.

You will follow SOPs, participate in 5S workplace organization, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding health and safety requirements and safeguarding company property and data.

Responsibilities

• Complete all inbound and outbound warehouse activities per SOPs to achieve inventory, delivery, quality, and customer service targets.
• Maintain stock accuracy and support inventory integrity requirements.
• Adhere to customer quality requirements and ensure the physical integrity of products is maintained.
• Ensure company property and data are properly cared for to maintain security and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of workplace organization through 5S practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to support business performance.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required.
