Where You’ll Make a Difference

• As a Warehouse Supervisor II, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless warehouse and distribution operations by managing inventory flow, customer order fulfillment, stock movements, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Supervise end‑to‑end warehouse and distribution activities, including receipt, storage, dispatch, and shipment of products.
• Prepare monthly indents, dispatch plans, and inventory forecasts across multiple technologies.
• Coordinate with vendors, production, quality, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage customer orders, STOs, purchase orders, and inventory movements in SAP.
• Monitor order flow, stock availability, and supply planning to meet customer commitments.
• Lead cycle count activities and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Communicate order status, delays, and delivery updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support account managers in achieving sales targets through effective material planning and availability.
• Optimize transportation and dispatch planning while balancing cost and service expectations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and drive continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, customer service, supply planning, or distribution management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, including order management, STO creation, and purchase order processing.
• Understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes, and dispatch planning.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience handling trade customer orders and Make‑to‑Order (MTO) operations.
• Exposure to production planning, forecast management, and demand planning.
• Knowledge of transportation optimization, FTL/PTL planning, and logistics cost management.
• Experience working with multi‑technology product portfolios.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance service levels.
