Job summary

Onelap Telematics in India is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of GPS tracking devices and accessories.

You will maintain serial/IMEI based records, verify incoming materials, coordinate with teams and courier partners, and handle returns, RTOs and discrepancies with a focus on accuracy and ownership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or store operations.
• Experience in independently handling a small or medium-sized warehouse.
• Working knowledge of inward, outward, GRN, FIFO, stock reconciliation, returns and dispatch processes.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, inventory software, ERP or CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors and courier partners.
• Honest, responsible and capable of taking complete ownership of warehouse operations.
• Experience in electronics, telecom, e-commerce or device serial-number inventory preferred.
• Candidates residing in or near Noida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of GPS tracking devices, SIM cards and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including product-wise and serial/IMEI number-wise tracking.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase documents and prepare GRNs.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, support and courier partners for timely order dispatch.
• Manage customer returns, RTO shipments, replacements and damaged or defective inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Investigate and report stock shortages, excess inventory or other discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage and segregation of stock statuses.
• Maintain dispatch, inward, outward and courier-related documentation.
• Monitor packaging-material availability and raise requirements in advance.
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory and dispatch reports for management.
