Job summary

DMW CNC SOLUTION INDIA PVT LTD is seeking a quality inspector to perform in-process and final inspections, ensuring components meet drawings and quality standards. You will verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and visual defects using precision instruments and maintain inspection records.

The role requires ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in CNC/manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in CNC/Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection of components per drawings and quality standards.
• Check dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and visual defects using measuring instruments.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections as per inspection plans.
• Identify and segregate rejected/non-conforming components.
• Record and maintain inspection reports and quality check sheets.
• Report quality issues to Production and Quality teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections as per inspection plans.
• Identify and segregate rejected/non-conforming components.
• Record and maintain inspection reports and quality check sheets.
• Report quality issues to the Production and Quality teams.
• Ensure proper traceability and identification of inspected components.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and properly maintained.
• Follow IATF/ISO procedures, 5S, safety, and company quality standards.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in CNC/Manufacturing.

Skills Required

• Hands‑on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Gauges.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
