Job summary
Evitar Systems is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring components meet GD&T and drawing specifications. The role involves using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and CMM/VMM, and maintaining comprehensive quality records.
Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 1–3 years of QC/inspection experience and hands-on measurement instrument proficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Inspection.
- Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to read technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process & final quality inspections.
- Inspect precision components per drawings & GD&T.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM/VMM.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Identify quality issues and support root cause analysis & corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production/CNC teams for quality-related issues.
