Job summary

DMW CNC Solutions in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing maintenance team. The role focuses on electrical upkeep of CNC machines, electrical systems and shop-floor utilities, with emphasis on reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine electrical maintenance and a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or EEE. This is a full-time on-site position with safety-focused work practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or EEE is required.
• Hands-on experience in CNC machine electrical maintenance.
• 2–4 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, servo drives, sensors and control panels.
• Ensure machine availability and minimize downtime.
• Handle electrical maintenance of shop-floor utilities and equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, spares and follow safety procedures.
