Job summary

Ethics Innovations in India is hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise day-to-day Inward/Outward activities, monitor KPIs, allocate manpower and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. You will verify documentation and maintain accuracy and timelines across the department.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment at our West Bengal operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day Inward/Outward warehouse activities.
• Prepare and monitor Inward/Outward department KPIs.
• Allocate and manage Inward/Outward department manpower effectively.
• Ensure timely checking and processing of Goods Dispatch/returned goods.
• Verify and monitor all Inward/Outward-related documentation.
• Ensure Inward/Outward activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Manage Assigned Team members as per SOP and maintain discipline during operations
