The ideal candidate will possess Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials and demonstrate a deep understanding of Agile principles. This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and self-organization.
• Utilize Agile metrics and reporting tools to track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team performance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a must.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
