Job summary

Galaxy Innovations in Delhi, India, seeks an experienced VMC Machine operator for precision manufacturing of orthopaedic surgical instruments and implants. You will operate HAAS and Mitsubishi controllers and handle 4th and 5th Axis machining.

This full-time role involves machine setup, tool setting, work offsets, fixture alignment, reading engineering drawings, and in-process inspection to ensure strict quality and surface finish. Shifts: Day and Night.

Qualifications

• Experience operating VMCs for precision manufacturing of orthopaedic instruments and implants.
• Strong knowledge of HAAS and Mitsubishi controllers.
• Good practical knowledge of 4th and 5th axis machining.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and set up tools and offsets.
• Capable of in-process inspection with basic metrology tools.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Vmc Machine operator for precision manufacturing of orthopaedic surgical instruments and implants.

Role & responsibilities: Operate and monitor Vmc machines for precision machining.

Handle HAAS and Mitsubishi controllers.

Practical experience in 4th Axis and 5th Axis machining.

Perform machine setup, tool setting, work offsets, and fixture alignment.

Read engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.

Select cutting tools and set machining parameters.

Perform in- process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.

Maintain required accuracy, surface finish and product quality.

Preferred candidate profile: VMC Machine operator, strong knowledge of HAAS, Mitsubishi controllers, Good practical knowledge of 4th Axis and 5th Axis VMC, Knowledge of CNC tooling, fixtures, offsets and cutting parameters.
