Candidates must handle in-process inspections with Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges, while maintaining production and rejection records and coordinating with QA and maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be able to program and operate FANUC-controlled machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Experience with set-up, offset corrections, and tool selection.
• In-process inspection using Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and bore gauge.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain production and rejection records.
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams when required.

• Must have knowledge of programming and operating machines with the FANUC controller
