Job summary

GenieHealthcare in Hyderabad is seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing, including travel nurses and allied professionals. You will source, screen, and evaluate candidates, build relationships, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.

The role requires 3+ years in US healthcare recruitment, strong communication, and ability to work night shifts aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with job portals (Indeed, FB, Vivian and Wanderley etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Night shift availability (as per US time zones).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing (travel nurses, allied healthcare professionals, etc.).
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement processes.
• Negotiate compensation packages and contracts with candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS systems.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements.
• Consistently meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines.
