Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and career-oriented individuals who are interested in building a successful career in US Healthcare Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place nursing professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Healthcare candidates.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for travel nursing, local contracts, and permanent placements.
• Build strong pipelines through job boards, referrals, and database mining.
• Evaluate licenses, certifications, specialty experience, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate interviews, submissions, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
• Negotiate compensation, availability, and contract terms with candidates.
• Maintain candidate engagement and reduce fall-offs.
• Work on priority requirements and ensure quick turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate status updates.
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for repeat placements

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing or nurse recruitment.
• Strong understanding of nursing specialties, certifications, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and high-volume requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and internet research.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and listening skills.
• Prior experience in US Healthcare Staffing, US Recruitment, Healthcare Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
• Exposure to platforms such as HWL, StafferLink, OneStaff Medical, Ceipal, or similar ATS/VMS systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in sourcing Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, LPNs, LVNs, CNAs, RNs, or other healthcare roles is preferred.
