Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls based on job requirements.
• Understand client needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate salary and assist with candidate placements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leads to fulfill urgent hiring needs.
• Regularly update candidate data in the ATS.
• Meet recruitment targets with timely and high-quality submissions.

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
• Agreement: 18-Month Service Agreement
