Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited in Navi Mumbai is hiring for an Inside Sales Executive (Credit Cards) to drive customer acquisition from the CRM and to pitch card features. You will handle objections and work toward closing sales with a focus on rewards, cashback, travel benefits, and lounge access.

English and Hindi communication is essential, with a graduate background and 6 months to 2 years in telesales or banking sales preferred. Day shift, on-site role with Sunday off.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telesales, BPO outbound sales, or banking/financial product sales.
• Direct experience selling credit cards or personal loans is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

Telesales & Customer Acquisition

• Pitch credit card products to prospective customers from the provided CRM database.
• Highlight key value propositions including reward points, cashback, travel benefits, and lounge access tailored to the customer's profile.
• Handle objections effectively regarding annual fees, interest rates (APR), and hidden charges to convert leads.
• Meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs), including talk time, call attempts, and connectivity metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Sales Closure & Persuasion: Strong ability to hook the customer within the first 30 seconds of a call and drive immediate closures.
• Product Knowledge: Quick learner capable of understanding diverse card features, reward structures, and fee waivers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with clarity in thought. Competency in English and Hindi is essential.
• Resilience: Highly motivated mindset with the ability to handle high rejection rates common in telesales.
