Job Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with property leads received through various sources.
• Understand customers' requirements, budget and preferred location.
• Explain property projects, offers and basic details to customers.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Update lead/customer details in Excel or CRM.
• Achieve daily/monthly calling and site-visit targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
• Confident and customer-friendly attitude.
• Real estate experience will be an advantage.

Salary : Salary + Incentives

Working Hours: 9.45 Am to 6.30 PM) ( Tuesday Weekoff)
