Job summary

Built Ridge Projects is seeking a proactive telecaller to be the first point of contact for prospective clients in Hyderabad. You will call incoming and generated leads, understand client needs, and schedule meetings with our team.

The role requires graduation with strong communication in Telugu and English; freshers with good communication are welcome. Basic computer skills and interest in construction are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales; freshers welcome with good communication.
• Basic computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.
• Interest in constructions is an advantage.

• Explain Buildify Homes services and packages clearly.
• Schedule and confirm site visits and office meetings with the Project Consultant.
• Follow up on missed calls, pending leads, and no-shows (calls and WhatsApp).
• Record every conversation and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Share daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads qualified, and meetings fixed.
