The role involves cross-functional coordination, design validation, cost and quality management, supplier interaction, and successful delivery from concept to vehicle launch. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive design validation, manage cost and quality, and ensure successful delivery from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automotive Engineering required.
• 6–10 years of relevant automotive experience.
• Experience in brake/chassis development and vehicle programs from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of chassis systems including Brakes.
• Drive design maturity, engineering sign-off, and gateway deliverables.
• Manage DVP, DFMEA, APQP, Validation, and Regulatory Compliance activities.
• Ensure achievement of cost, weight, quality, and timing targets.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Manufacturing, CAE, Validation, and Purchasing Teams.
• Support sourcing, RFQ activities, vehicle launches, and pre-production builds.
