Tata Consultancy Services in Thiruvananthapuram is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our technology team and deliver platform improvements.

The role requires familiarity with AI Ops concepts, CSM module, and maintenance tasks like Mid Server configurations and Clone processes.

Qualifications

• Should have 4+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Understanding of AI Ops elements: extensive IT data, aggregated big data, ML, observation, engagement, actions.
• Experience with 2+ algorithms: data selection, pattern discovery, inference, collaboration, automation.
• Awareness of Detect, Predict, Mitigate phases.
• Knowledge of Domain-centric and Domain-agnostic AIOps.
• Experience with use cases: anomaly detection, incident event correlation, predictive analytics, enhanced RCA, automated incident response, digital transformation, DevOps adoption.

What we are looking for

Must Have

• Should have 4+ years of ServiceNow Development experience .
• Should have better understanding on AI Ops elements such as Extensive IT data, Aggregated big data, Machine learning, Observation, Engagement, Actions.
• Should work on at least 2 of algorithms such as Data selection, Pattern discovery, Inference, Collaboration, Automation.
• Should be aware of phases such as Detect, Predict, Mitigate.
• Should have good knowledge on Domain-centric AIOps and Domain- agnostic AIOps.
• Should work on some of the use cases like Anomaly detection, Incident event correlation, Predictive analytics, Enhanced RCA, Automated incident response, Digital transformation, DevOps adoption.
• 5+ years exp in ServiceNow Administration
• Experience with Mid Server configurations, including installation and testing
• Experience with ServiceNow maintenance processes, including Clone
• Experience with CSM module of ServiceNow and Service Requests
• Experience with BA responsibilities with specialization in Documentation support

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
