Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with 4–12 years of experience to design, develop and implement ITAM solutions, with emphasis on SAM Pro and HAM Pro. You will work on CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.

The role requires strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, REST/SOAP web services, and the ability to build custom apps using App Engine. Face-to-face interview on 19th Sep 2026 at Chennai location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions with emphasis on SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop reusable scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Build custom applications using App Engine.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

• - Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM implementation.
• - Experience with SAM Pro and HAM Pro implementations.

• - Configure software license management, reclamation, normalization, and compliance processes.
• - Implement hardware asset lifecycle management from procurement through disposal.
• - Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• - Configure CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management processes.
• - Build custom applications using App Engine.
• - Develop reusable scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• - Perform code reviews and optimize platform performance.
• - Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
