Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced IT operations professional for Bengaluru with 5–10 years of experience. You will drive incident response, security policy implementation, and lifecycle management across Windows and Linux servers and multiple app servers.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, strong coordination with partners, and hands-on scripting for automation. Face-to-face interview on 19th Sep 2026 at the Bengaluru TCS location.

Qualifications

• Must have solid ITIL/BCP awareness and incident/change/problem process knowledge.
• Experience with security policies, patching, and vulnerability follow-up.
• Hands-on with Windows/Linux servers, and application servers (IIS/Tomcat/WebLogic).
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external partners across multiple teams.
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell) and basic networking basics.
• Familiarity with authentication, certificates, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for business applications and incidents.
• Analyze incidents, communicate status, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Participate in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Disaster Recovery Plan activities and annual exercises for critical packages.
• Ensure compliance with standard AG processes and internal guidelines.
• Implement security policies, manage certificates, and patch systems.
