Job summary

Capgemini in Chennai invites a Supply Planning professional with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in FMCG supply planning to manage dynamic trading businesses and implement Route To Market strategies with client sourcing units.

You will consolidate supply plans, identify gaps, perform loss reason analytics, and communicate with senior stakeholders across business development, customer service and supply planning functions. SAP experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3years of Relavent Experience in Supply planning is Required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft applications.

Job Description Supply Planning:

• Minimum 3years of Relavent Experience in Supply planning is Required.
  
• Manage Supply Planning for Dynamic trading business
• To work with Client Sourcing units to finalize Route To Market(RTM) strategy and executing the supply plan for those RTM's
• Consolidation on supply plan, identifying supply gaps and working with Sourcing unit to reduce supply gaps
• Update loss reasons for each of supply gaps, performing analytics on loss reasons and providing insights to business on supply gaps to address the issues
• Operate on international scale and develop remote management
• Connect with high level business stakeholders (Business development managers and directors, Customer service functions, Customer development functions and supply planning functions) and execute the planning
• Govern the process and highlight exceptions to business

Skills

• Supply planning experience in FMCG industry, preferably cross-functional
• Experience in SAP is Mandatory
• Exp in any Supply plan tool, Sales force and Supply 360
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Excellent communication skills

Qualification:

• Minimum 3years of Relavent Experience in Supply planning is Required.
• Preferably Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering/SCM background.
