Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; professional qualifications advantageous.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier, or supply chain ops.
• Experience managing multiple hubs or a geographical zone preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of hub ops, last-mile delivery, and rider management.
• Knowledge of SLA/TAT monitoring, COD management, and metrics.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel across hubs in the zone.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple hubs within the assigned zone.
• Monitor inbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
• Ensure SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality targets.
• Manage Hub Incharges, Assistant Hub Incharges, and teams.
• Track hub performance via MIS, dashboards, and reports.
• Drive improvements in shipment processing and delivery success.
• Monitor shipment ageing, pending shipments, returns, and exceptions.
• Ensure COD collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Plan manpower, rider availability, attendance, and productivity.
• Conduct hub visits, performance reviews, and audits.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with central operations, line-haul, last-mile, and support teams.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement across the zone.
