Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in construction/structural engineering.
• Experience in residential/commercial construction projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural drawings, plans, and details for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and site teams for structural works.
• Check structural drawings and ensure execution is as per approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor RCC works including foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
• Review structural calculations, BOQs, BBS, and reinforcement details.
• Conduct site inspections and identify structural issues or deviations.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical and structural issues.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, measurements, and project documentation.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the management.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of RCC and structural construction practices.

• Understanding of structural drawings, BBS, reinforcement detailing, and BOQ.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work at construction sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
