Outpace Consulting Services is hiring for a Process Associate in Gurgaon. The role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions, understanding customer needs, and driving sales while maintaining CRM records. Immediate joiners preferred with 24x7 shifts and 5-day work weeks.

Candidates should have Graduate/UG with at least 1 year of BPO experience and excellent communication skills. Walk-in details and cab facilities are provided by the company.

Formación

• Graduate/UG with minimum 1 year BPO experience.
• Not eligible: B.Tech, MBA or MCA freshers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
