Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Freshers with good communication skills or 2–5 years in industrial equipment sales.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
• Visit clients to understand crane requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations, technical proposals, and follow up for order closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, and OEM manufacturers.
• Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.

We are a leading manufacturer of EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, and Material Handling Equipment based in Ahmedabad. We are looking for an energetic Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors
• Visit clients (factories, EPC contractors, industrial units) to understand crane requirements and provide technical solutions
• Prepare and share quotations, technical proposals, and follow up for order closure
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, and OEM manufacturers
• Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure client requirements are met
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment/machinery (crane knowledge is a plus, training will be provided)
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical or Electrical background preferred)

Experience: Freshers with good communication skills can also apply; 2-5 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales preferred
