Job summary

Lenskart in Bengaluru is seeking a store associate to engage customers, explain product features, and ensure timely delivery and feedback collection. You will manage daily inventory, receive shipments, replenish displays, and follow store SOPs and cash/card reconciliation processes.

Ideal candidates will support a smooth shopping journey, maintain store cleanliness, and highlight discrepancies to the store manager. This role operates within a high-volume retail environment in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features and benefit with the customers
• Explaining services building trusts and Loyalty
• Resolving customer queries pre and post sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services and products
• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment ,physical count and mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily Replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory/damage product and keep on designated place
• Ensure daily handover and receiving product from VRX through HOP App
• Highlight inventory mismatch/ discrepency to the Store manager
• Following the VM Guidelines
• Maintain Cleanliness
• Update all SOPs Files on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash and card sale
