Job summary

Dhani Loans and Services (DLSL) is seeking an Equity Relationship Manager to acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and drive revenue through equity trading and related products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the stock market and excellent client communication skills.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a Graduate degree, and NISM certification, with a full-time on-site position based in Delhi.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Equity Relationship Manager to acquire new clients, manage existing customer relationships, and drive revenue through equity trading and investment products. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the stock market, equity products, and financial services, along with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for equity trading and investment services.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Generate business through equity trading, Demat accounts, and other financial products.
4. Understand clients' financial requirements and provide suitable product information based on their investment objectives.
5. Explain equity market products, trading platforms, investment opportunities, and brokerage services to clients.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue targets, and business development objectives.
7. Generate leads through references, cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.
8. Regularly follow up with clients to increase trading activity and improve client engagement.
9. Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, KYC, documentation, and customer support.
10. Keep updated with stock market trends, market developments, and new financial products.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable SEBI and exchange regulations.
12. Provide timely resolution of client queries and maintain long-term business relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of the Indian stock market and equity trading.
• Understanding of NSE, BSE, Demat and Trading Accounts.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve business targets.
• Strong relationship management and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and investment services.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any stream.
• NISM certified

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Equity Sales, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Candidates with experience in client acquisition and relationship management will be preferred.
