Job summary

Sharekhan Limited in Kanpur is seeking a results-driven financial services professional to drive client acquisition, activate trading accounts, and generate revenue across equities, futures & options, commodities, and related products.

You will profile clients by risk, provide market updates and advice, recommend suitable equity products, execute trades, and aim for at least one client meeting daily while upholding top service standards to support branch targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream with basic knowledge of financial markets.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Certifications NISM VIII ( Equity Derivatives)

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new clients, open and activate trading accounts, and generate revenue from new acquisitions on an ongoing basis.
• Achieve assigned targets for broking revenue from equities, futures & options, commodities, and equity-related products; generate Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF).
• Drive asset gathering and activation of advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions among clients.
• Profile clients based on risk appetite, provide market updates and advice, suggest suitable equity products, execute trades online/on behalf of clients, confirm orders/trades, and ensure at least one client meeting per day.
• Deliver highest level of service, maintain strong client relationships, assist new investors in understanding market dynamics, and contribute to branch targets in client acquisition, revenue, and relationship enhancement.
