Job summary

Sharekhan Limited is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive client acquisition, account activation, and revenue growth across equities, derivatives, commodities, and related products. You will promote advisory solutions and manage client relationships while meeting daily client interaction goals.

The role requires a graduate with knowledge of financial markets and at least two years of relevant experience, plus NISM VIII certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream with basic knowledge of financial markets.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Certifications NISM VIII ( Equity Derivatives)

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Activation: Actively acquire new clients, open and activate trading accounts, and generate revenue from new acquisitions on an ongoing basis.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned targets for broking revenue from equities, futures & options, commodities, and equity-related products; generate Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF).
• Asset Gathering & Product Promotion: Drive asset gathering and activation of advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions among clients.
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Profile clients based on risk appetite, provide market updates and advice, suggest suitable equity products, execute trades online/on behalf of clients, confirm orders/trades, and ensure at least one client meeting per day.
• Service & Relationship Management: Deliver highest level of service, maintain strong client relationships, assist new investors in understanding market dynamics, and contribute to branch targets in client acquisition, revenue, and relationship enhancement.
