Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of face-to-face customer-handling experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized attention throughout the customer life cycle, from RO opening to vehicle delivery.
• Invite selected customers for CRM initiatives and coordinate with the Mahindra Relationship Centre.
• Generate revenue by selling workshop services, car-care products, and customization kits.
• Monitor key customer-satisfaction parameters consistently.
• Plan and execute a customer contact calendar.
• Assist customers in understanding personalized website features and available options.
• Use technology such as tablets to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor infrastructure upkeep and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns through consistent follow-ups and ensure closure with customer satisfaction.
