Kothari Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites an experienced Relationship Manager to lead showroom and CRM-driven sales across specified locations. You will build strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, and drive conversions.

The ideal candidate has 14 years in automobile sales, a diploma/degree in relevant fields, and holds a valid driving license (4-wheeler) with own 2-wheeler; willingness to work at multiple locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle showroom, digital, telephone and referral enquiries.
• Understand customer needs, budget and vehicle preferences.
• Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance, insurance and accessories.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers professionally.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, RTO and Delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead and booking records in CRM/DMS.
• Track bookings, vehicle allotment, finance and delivery status.
• Explain key vehicle features at delivery and ensure smooth handover.
• Promote accessories, extended warranties, service packages and other value-added products.
• Conduct PSF, address complaints and generate referrals/repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow OEM/dealership processes, documentation and compliance requirements.

Role Purpose

To build strong customer relationships, generate and convert sales leads, ensure a smooth buying experience, and maximize Customer Satisfaction, Sales Revenue and Customer Retention.

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle showroom, digital, telephone and referral enquiries.
• Understand customer needs, budget and vehicle preferences.
