Job summary

CIEL HR in Mysuru is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter focused on the Automotive Domain, with 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and operations talent in the Automotive/Mobility sector.

The role requires sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and automotive portals, screening for technical fit and cultural alignment, coordinating interviews, and handling offers and onboarding to maximize joiner conversion.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience strictly within the Automotive, Mobility, or Auto-Embedded domain.
• Strong understanding of automotive terminology and engineering profiles (EV, ADAS, ECU, Mechanical, Production).
• Experience with ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Boolean search operators.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and niche domain roles (e.g., Embedded Software, EV powertrain, Autosar, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, or Dealership Operations).
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, automotive job portals, niche networks, and direct headhunting.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding processes to ensure a high joiner-ratio.
• Maintain pipeline tracking in the ATS.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong candidate engagement abilities.
