Job summary

Show Off Retail is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities for corporate and retail roles. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate joining of suitable candidates to fulfill company requirements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing through various channels, screening, coordinating interviews with department heads, and maintaining recruitment records and reports. Bulk hiring support may be needed for blue/white collar roles.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Retail recruitment experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and follow-ups.
• Knowledge of job portals and basic MS Excel.
• Good coordination and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
