Qualifications

• Lead quality assurance activities, ensuring that all products meet company and customer standards.
• Create, implement, and review quality control standards and procedures for testing and inspection of products.
• Analyse non-conformances and participate in root cause analysis to identify systemic issues, propose solutions, and prevent recurrence.
• Supervise junior quality engineers, ensuring team members follow quality control processes and develop professionally.
