Job summary

Atul Paper in Kundli, Haryana seeks a Quality Assurance professional to monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished outputs to ensure product quality. The role involves coaching supervisors, maintaining QC formats, and managing testing equipment.

You will raise non-conformities, report results to management, and ensure proper storage and FIFO in both storage and production. Knowledge of process changes for regulatory submissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw material, production process and final output to evaluate quality.
• Move through manufacturing area to inspect at the machine level and identify defects.
• Ensure production supervisors follow set processes and adhere to product quality formats/parameters and motivate/train them to follow procedures.
• Maintain/update/revise quality control processes/formats with management consent.
• Repair and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• Raise quality complaints and reject material if not QC OK.
• Report negative test results to senior management.
• Provide feedback/root cause analysis to senior management.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and product in specific locations.
• Ensure FIFO method is implemented in storage and production processes.
• Review changes to existing products and processes to define requirements for regulatory submissions.
