Job summary

Radhey Shyam Gupta is seeking a Purchase Executive to support its MEP procurement activities. The role centers on sourcing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting materials while ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in purchase/procurement in the MEP sector, with basic Excel and ERP knowledge, and a graduate degree in any discipline.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP materials and procurement processes.
• Experience with obtaining and evaluating vendor quotations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting materials as per project requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project, site, accounts, and stores teams.
• Follow up on material dispatch, delivery, invoices, and pending orders.

• Ensure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills:
