Job summary

RL Fine Chem (RLFC) in India seeks an experienced lead engineer to drive projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop solutions, oversee on-site progress, and provide technical guidance across electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems while ensuring IS standards compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop solutions, and implement designs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues related to electrical maintenance, instrumentation, mechanical systems, and more.
• Develop detailed project reports including status updates, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IS) codes during all phases of the project lifecycle.
