Job summary

Pinnacle Lithium Power is seeking to strengthen its production operations team in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on daily assembly line management, from cell sorting to BMS integration, ensuring output targets are met.

It emphasizes rigorous safety protocols, PPE, ESD controls, and the creation of standardized SOPs. Collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and QA will support new product development and phased line launches.

Responsibilities

• Production operations on daily assembly lines including cell sorting, welding, module stacking, and BMS integration.
• Safety & Environment: enforce hazardous material protocols, thermal management safety rules, PPE, and ESD controls on the shop floor.
• SOP & Documentation: create, update, and standardize SOPs and work instructions for assembly and testing stations.
• Automation & Maintenance: partner with controls and robotics teams to program, tune, and maintain automated machinery, PLC systems, and machine-vision inspection tools.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams to support NPD and smooth line launches.
